"The Best Fry Pie I've Ever Had…"
You know you're in Amish Country when you've had a fry pie. So popular with Amish folks in our area, fry pies are like mini pies you can eat with your hands, no fork needed. Made by a local bakery with their own pie filling and homemade dough, they are fried then sealed with a sweet vanilla-flavored glaze.

Since these fry pies are freshly baked, our bakery recommends eating them within one week of receiving (can freeze for later if desired). Keep refrigerated.

Just like many of our Amish neighbors and friends, our local bakers make everything fresh, following tried-and-true recipes for unforgettable, can-I-have-a-second-piece desserts.
Note: All of these products are produced in a facility and on equipment that also processes Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soybeans, Fish and Shellfish.
Ingredients
Dough: Flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, potassium bromated, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Shortening (vegetable oil blend (partially hydrogenated soybean and palm oil), water, contains less than 2% of salt, mono and diglycerides, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin, sodium benzoate (as preservative), artificial flavor, artificial color (beta carotene), vitamin A, palmitate), Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder. CONTAINS: Wheat, Soy, Milk
Glaze: Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Corn Starch), Water, Stabilizer (Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Carob Bean Gum, Carrageenan, Dextrin, Agar-Agar), Modified Food Starch, Artificial Flavor.
Apple Filling: Chipped Apples, Apple Juice, Brown Sugar (sugar, molasses), Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Vanilla Extract, Salt, Cinnamon.
Blackberry Filling: Blackberries, Water, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Lemon Juice from Concentrate (Filtered Water, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sodium Bisulfate and Sodium Benzoate (Preservatives), Lemon Oil).
Blueberry Filling: Blueberries, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Lemon Juice.
Cherry Filling: Sour Cherries, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Lemon Juice, Red Food Color (Water, FD&C Red #40, Citric Acid and 0.1% Sodium Benzoate (added as a preservative)).
Peach Filling: Diced Peaches w/heavy syrup, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Gelatin, Peach flavored (sugar, gelatin, contains 2% or less of each of the following: adipic acid, disodium phosphate, natural and artificial flavor, sodium citrate, fumaric acid, red 40, yellow 6), Lemon Juice, Gelatin, Apricot flavored (fruit granulated sugar, cane sugar, gelatin blend (gelatin, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, contains 2% or less of maltodextrin, salt, potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial flavoring, sugar, yellow 6, dimethylpolysiloxane), orange coloring (FD&C yellow #5 lake, yellow #5 and #6), Salt.
