This makes mincing, slicing and chopping vegetables, fruits or meats quick and easy. Even better, it's made of a special high-carbon steel to help the blade hold an edge longer than conventional steel, so your knife stays sharp.

Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly. We recommend applying a few drops of food-grade oil to prevent the wooden handles from drying out and cracking. Just take an old cloth and gently rub into the handles.
