Precisely cut thin and uniform slices of meat. This 9-inch slicing knife helps you slice everything from roasts to smoked fish efficiently. It's crafted of special high-carbon steel to help the blade hold an edge longer than conventional steel.
Note: This item cannot be shipped outside of the USA. Because Case uses hand-crafting and natural materials, this knife may slightly vary in appearance.
Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly. We recommend applying a few drops of food-grade oil to prevent the wooden handles from drying out and cracking. Just take an old cloth and gently rub into the handles.
