The weight of the press helps keep bacon flat for even cooking. It's also great for grilling sandwiches, burgers and quesadillas. You can even use it as a steak weight.
Note: Do not use in a non-stick fry pan as it may scratch the finish.
Before Use:
Cleaning and Storing: After each use, wash and dry thoroughly and lightly re-coat with vegetable oil before storing. If there are signs of rust, then re-season by following the steps above.
