Recipe for Amazing Waffles (By Jena Snyder Liggett from Lehman's Diamond Jubilee Cookbook)
Whisk flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in bowl. Beat eggs and melted butter; then add buttermilk. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir to combine. Let rest 5 minutes, then get cooking!
VARIATION: Can add fresh blueberries and/or pecan pieces to mixture. Amazing!
