What You'll Need:
For Enchilada Soup Mix: Chicken broth, cooked chicken, salsa verde or green chili enchilada sauce, shredded Monterey Jack/cheddar cheese, and optional sour cream. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 8)
For Creamy Cauliflower Mix: Butter or olive oil, cauliflower, vegetable or chicken broth, and heavy cream. Optional: Garnish with fresh chives or parsley. (Cook time: 45 minutes; serves 7)
For French Onion Mix: Butter, sweet onion, apple cider or apple juice, Worcestershire. Optional: Sugar, shredded Gruyere cheese and croutons. (Cook time: 50 minutes; serves 8)
For Chicken Noodle Mix: Chicken broth, water (or additional broth), and cooked chicken breast. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 8)
For Red Pepper Corn Chowder Mix: Chicken or vegetable broth and heavy cream. Optional: Scallops, peeled shrimp or cooked, diced chicken. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 5)
For Corn Chowder Mix: White potatoes, chicken broth, and heavy or whipping cream. Optional: Add diced chicken breast, crabmeat, or clams to taste for meatier chowder. Also optional: Ears of fresh corn. (Cook time: 1.5 hours; serves 11)
For Chicken & Rice Soup Mix: Chicken broth, chicken breast, celery or fennel, lemon juice, and salt & pepper. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 7)
For Tomato Basil Soup Mix: Chicken broth, tomato puree, brown sugar, and light or heavy cream. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 10)
For Vegetable Soup Mix: Olive oil, onion, chicken or vegetable broth, peas, and lemon juice. Optional: Leftover turkey meat. (Cook time: 1 hour; serves 8)
For Loaded Potato Soup Mix: Bacon, chicken broth, russet (baker) potato or other white potato, and heavy cream. Optional: Shredded cheddar cheese and/or sour cream. (Cook time: 1 hour; serves 8)
For Tortilla Soup Mix: Chicken broth, water, shredded cooked chicken breast, and salsa. Optional: Tortilla chips, crumbled, or tortilla strips. (Cook time: 30 minutes; serves 9)
For Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix: Chicken broth, heavy or half/half cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Optional: Broccoli, cauliflower or baby spinach. (Cook time: 45 minutes; serves 5)
For Potato Leek Soup Mix: Chicken broth, baby red potatoes or frozen hash brown potatoes, light or heavy cream, and salt & pepper. (Cook time: 40 minutes; serves 9)
For Beef Goulash Soup Mix: Ground round, oil, beef broth, canned tomatoes with green chilies, and Worcestershire sauce. Optional: A dollop of sour cream on each serving. (Cook time: 50 minutes; serves 7)
