Cutting corn off the cob has never been easier, just slip the circular cutter over the end of the cob and in one quick movement, you'll take every delicious kernel right off the ear. Instructions:
Cut off the bottom end of the ear of corn so it stands flat on the counter. (Or, you can drive a sturdy nail up through a board. Push one end of the ear of corn on the nail so it stands upright.) Place the cutter over the ear of corn with teeth facing down. Grasp the handles with both hands and rock the cutter back and forth as you push it down the ear. Cutter will expand or contract depending on the ear of corn.
