Yellow jackets are aggressive and can sting repeatedly. As a result, they can be very dangerous, especially to young children and those who are allergic to their poison.
Note: Put yellow jacket traps out early in the year to catch the queen before she starts laying eggs. Catch the queen and the whole nest will die.
