To roll out dough to the correct thickness you need, use the right rolling pin for the job! With their long 24" length, these rolling pins are ideal for rolling out large sheets of pasta or cookie dough, when re-rolls need to be kept to a minimum. The handles allow dough to be rolled to exactly 1/8" or 1/4" due to difference between the width of the handle and width of the barrel on each pin.
