A Simpler Life is Understandable
For A Simpler Life, stick to simpler truths. Complicated information that's hard to understand blinds us to reality. Making sure we know the truth also means giving ourselves choices that are understandable.
For A Simpler Life, single-mindedly choose simple options
by Galen Lehman
Honest, forthright, understandable simplicity gives you control over what happens in your life. It's no wonder we are afraid of complications...a complicated life is full of things you can't control.
For example, consider the difference between partially hydrogenated vegetable oil and cream. One is a four-word description of one of many ingredients in margarine. (And, how many people understand what "hydrogenated" even means?) The other is a single-word description for the only ingredient in butter. What's more understandable and honest than food with a single ingredient that you understand? And, which is better for you? The natural food. The food humans have been eating for hundreds of years. The food you can make at home in about 20 minutes.
At Lehman's, we also believe in simply true communication. My mother used to tell me to, "Say what you mean and mean what you say." We don't shade the truth to make ourselves more popular. That's why we explain our products and how they work in great detail. We fill our website with photos, videos and instructions. We want you to understand the simple truth about what we sell.
Simplicity = freedom from stress. Freedom from stress, like butter, has one ingredient...it's control. And control means choosing activities that are transparently understandable.
